JENNI COTTAGE

A private cottage with either a king or two twins, AC, and private bath.  Equipped with refrig., microwave, coffeemaker and dish wares. Screened porch.  Lake view.

$885 weekly

STANDARD COTTAGES – Each private cottage sleeps 2 to 6 people. AC and private bath in each room. Equipped with refrig., microwave, coffeemaker and dish wares. Screened porch.

$950 to $1350 weekly

ARINKA APARTMENT- A second floor unit with fully equipped kitchen, LR, 2 to 3 BR, full bath, large screened porch.  No AC.

$900 to weekly

All Cottage Rentals are Weekly from Saturday 3:00 PM to Saturday 10:00 AM

Cottage Rentals Include:All bed and bath linens. Daily trash pickup. Charcoal Grill. Free use of canoes, kayaks, sailboat, rowboats, tennis court, ping pong, shuffleboard and bicycles.  Cots are available for extra charge. Rates are subject to change.

INN ROOM RENTALS

June 18th - Labor Day

Rooms with Private Bath and AC
These rooms offer a variety of comfortable accommodations including double, queen, and king rooms. Some have lake views. All have AC and small refrigerators.

$690 to $1050 Weekly
$115 to $175 Daily

Rooms with Shared Bath - These rooms on our third floor, have two twin beds with a private sink in each room.

$540 Weekly
$90 Daily

ALL INN ROOMS HAVE A TWO  NIGHT  MINIMUM OVER THE WEEKENDS

No children under 6 years of age. 

Inn Rates Include: All rates are for double occupancy and include a continental buffet breakfast. Daily maid service provided.   Free use of canoes, kayaks, sailboat, rowboats, tennis court, ping-pong, shuffleboard and bicycles. Rates are subject to change.

Policies

Reservations - Call 800-451-9076
Telephone reservations are accepted, but are not confirmed until deposit is received.

Deposits - A deposit of 50% of a full reservation is required within seven days of making your reservation. Individuals using Visa or MasterCard to guarantee reservations, please note that your card will be charged at the time the reservation is made. We also accept cash, personal checks and traveler checks. Rates are subject to change.

Cancellations - Cottages: Prior to 30 days arrival, a 25% service charge will be charged on all cancellations.  We regret that there are no refunds for cancellations less then 30 days before arrival, unless the vacancy is filled.  No refunds on early departures. Inn: Prior to 14 days arrival, a 25% service charge will be charged on all cancellations.  We regret that there are no refunds for cancellations less then 14 days before arrival, unless the vacancy is filled. No refunds on early departures.

Arrivals & Departures - CHECK IN IS 3 PM. CHECK OUT IS 10 AM. Guests are welcome to arrive early and leave late to enjoy our beach. Please let us know if you plan to arrive early or depart late or if you will be arriving after 9 PM.

Gratuities and Maine Lodging Tax of 7% not included in rates.

Please bring your own beach towels.

Pets - Pets of any kind are Not Allowed, however we have some fine kennels in the immediate area.

Smoke - Free Environment - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all buildings. A significant cleaning charge will be assessed if there has been smoking in guest rooms.
